A Friday Giveaway

I've had such a nice response to some of my pictures over the time that I've been doing Passage Paradis that I decided to take them to "the next level".  Whatever that might be, an Etsy shop, showing them here in L.A., blowing them up to giant scale, turning them into wallpaper.  So many options, so little time!

While I'm figuring that all out I thought I'd do a print giveaway to thank you all for your kindness and encouragement.  This one is an  8.5 x 11 print mounted and matted to fit a 14 x 18 format, all on archival, acid free photo paper and board.  I will ship it to you wherever you are.

If you're interested, leave a comment here on this post with your suggestions on WHAT I should do with these guys or, if you'd prefer, let me know what other picture or series of pictures you'd like me to REPRODUCE IN SCALE!  I'll choose your comment randomly from all those left here.

There will be other giveaways in the next little while too, I've kind of been stockpiling goodies since the first of the year and it's time for them to find their ways into the world.  So watch this space.......

  1. OOOh beautiful...I love your flower photos. MP, I am so glad you're taking your work to the next level! Can't wait to see a "shop paradis" !!!

One suggestion - I would consider checking out bigcartel for your online shop. They give you more control over the look of your shop - more than Etsy.

Excited for you! - bon week-end!

  2. I would love for you to turn them into notecards, Paradis. :-) I just love simple cards with gorgeous pictures to send to folks, and your pics always make me happy. :-)

  3. What a wonderful idea! Yes an etsy photo kind of thing would be great no? I do not know much about this really but it seems one way to reach many. You are most generous in the meantime... The blog world seems a bit nuts these days no?

  4. Beautiful photo. I love the scarlet edging on those creamy blooms - they create such absorbing patterns.
I second Janis's comment - perhaps check out BigCartel as well. I think it might be a little more geared towards 'artists' (you might find the info on this page helpful in the decision making process).
And how cool would a detail of the above photo be, blown up to giant scale and turned in to wallpaper!? Very cool indeed, methinks!

  5. I love this!! Really stunning.
Would you do them limited edition?
Why not do all of it? Is there a choice? Etsy, BigCartel (which I'd never heard from before), show in LA, wallpaper... Perhaps you should try a few things - and see what works. The world is your oyster!

  6. well... Im too late for a chance at this GORGEOUS photo MP... where Ive been I do not know...but Ive surfaced and such a lot of things awaiting attention.Scarey... might disappear again!
notecards yes... and print for framing yes... wallpaper ... now thats impressive... go for it girl... I cant wait to see!
